Happy Mother’s Day
“Finish each day and be done with it…”
I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time not thinking about the success of my business all the time. I work from home and have two small children. What I love about this quote is that it is a reminder of the importance of putting boundaries around our time and expectations of each new day. Work time is work time, and I chose to be a work-from-home Mom so I could spend more time with my kids and family. So today, I would like to remind all of you (and a reminder to myself) to “finish each day and be done with it.” Forgive yourself for not accomplishing everything we “could” have. Relax and be at peace with simply doing what we are able. Give yourself permission to make a few mistakes, be imperfect, and inadvertently get off track from time to time. After all, we are human.

Great read on How to Teach Yourself to Trust Yourself. The article is by Peter Bregman, a strategic advisor to CEOs and their leadership teams.
